Platte County junior Gavin Nichols won the singles championship while the Pirates’ doubles teams of seniors Jack Forrest and Nathan Vanek and senior Jaron Cook and sophomore Jack Bralley met in the doubles championship Saturday in the Class 2 District 8 individual tournament at Platte County High School.
